Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Return Policy

At The Constant, we are committed to providing our customers with the best quality products and services. All our products pass a quality check before they are dispatched to you. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. In case of any returns, please refer to our return and exchange policy below:

Eligible Items:
The Constant will accept returns/exchange for most products within 7 days of delivery, provided that the products are in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached. The following items are not eligible for return:
• Products that have been damaged or altered
• Products that have been used
• Products that have their tags removed or damaged
• Request for return is not eligible after seven (7) days post delivery

Requesting a Return:
To request a return, the customer must contact the Brand at [email protected] and provide their order number, the reason for the return, and whether they would like a refund or exchange. The team will provide the customer with instructions for returning the product.

Return Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to the Brand, unless the return is due to a defect or error by the Brand.

Refunds:
The Constant will issue a refund for the purchase price of the returned product, minus any shipping and handling charges, within 5-7 days of receipt and inspection of the returned product. The Constant will reach out to the customer for their bank account details for the issue of refund. In case of COD orders, The Constant will issue a refund to a valid bank account provided by the customer.

A refund shall not be processed in the following cases:
• If the product is returned after seven days
• If the item is damaged, or not in its original packaging

Exchange Policy

The Constant will offer an exchange for the same product, subject to availability, provided that:
• Products have not been damaged or altered
• Products have not been used
• Products have their tags intact
• Request for exchange is within seven (7) days post delivery
• Products are returned in their original condition and packaging with all tags in place

The user/customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to the Brand, unless the item is defective or we made an error in processing your order.

Damaged or Defective Products:
The Constant will replace or refund any product that is damaged or defective. The User must contact the Brand within 24 hours of delivery to report any damaged or defective products.

Exclusives/ Limited Editions & Sale:
Any orders placed during our Sale period will not be eligible for returns In case of defective or damaged product, we would be happy to assist you in exchange for the orders placed during the sale or a credit note for the same. Exchange is subject to availability

Cancellation Policy

Period:
Customers may cancel their order within 2 hours from placing the order. Any cancellation request post 2 hours of order confirmation will not be held eligible.

Process:
To cancel an order, customers must provide the order details and reason for cancellation on email. The email for customer communications would be [email protected]
